Whether you want to start gradually, and slowly transition to a plant-based diet, or you’re feeling motivated and ready to go all in, I can meet you where you’re at and offer guidance to make changes at a pace that suits your life and goals.
The services I offer include:
- One-on-one introductory consultation
This includes an information session on the benefits of a plant-based diet, as well as an assessment of your current diet and goals. Together, we’ll identify places to make simple changes. I will explain three easy dinner recipes and three easy breakfast recipes, which I will have emailed to you in advance, and which you can incorporate into your week as you see fit. You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions you may have. This will take place via Skype or FaceTime, or over the phone if you prefer.
- Guided grocery store visit
When you’re new to a plant-based diet, you may feel a little overwhelmed about finding new ingredients at the grocery store. No worries. If you’re a local client (Southeastern PA), I can meet you at a nearby supermarket to show you what to buy and where to find all the beautiful plant-based food you’ll need, and show you how to gradually and reasonably transition your pantry to support your new lifestyle.
- Small-group cooking classes
Soon I will be offering small-scale cooking classes periodically in my home for up to 6 guests. This will be mostly a demonstration-style lesson, as my home kitchen is not equipped for everyone to cook simultaneously. I’ll show you how to prepare a healthy meal from scratch, and then everyone will enjoy what I’ve made and have a chance to ask questions.
- Private yoga instruction
For local clients, I can meet with you one-on-one to guide you through a small yoga practice that we can grow over time as your body adapts and becomes stronger and more flexible. Private yoga lessons are offered exclusively to my plant-based lifestyle coaching clients as a supplement to the work we are doing together.
