Essential Kitchen Appliances – This is a list of the big-ticket items that I find absolutely essential (or very desirable) to have in the kitchen. Don’t despair if you can’t afford them all at once. I’ve built up my collection over several years.
Recommended Kitchen Tools – These are helpful little items, some of which I honestly feel that I couldn’t do without; others just make life easier.
Pantry Staples – This is a list of all the food goods I keep on hand to make the recipes in my usual cooking repertoire. I’ve provided it for informational purposes (maybe to suggest an ingredient you haven’t tried yet), not as a suggestion that you go out and stock your pantry with everything on this list. It’s much better to buy what you need for specific recipes, and grow your pantry from there.
